What this website collects
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising tags. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server; your browser makes no requests to third parties.
The floor buttons on the start page and the message builder work in your browser and send nothing until you open WhatsApp yourself.
Like every web server, ours processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and to keep them secure.
WhatsApp, phone and email
When you tap a WhatsApp button or use the message form, WhatsApp opens with a prepared message. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself. What you send is processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, and by us to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quotation. The same applies when you call or email us.
Price range and official quote
While you build, the builder sends your choices (size, system, options) to our server, which returns a first price range. No personal details are sent for this.
When you request an official quote, we receive your name, contact number, email, the emirate of the project, your note and your build. We store this on our server, enter it in our accounting system (Zoho Books) to prepare the quotation, and use it only to contact you about this quote. Your IP address is used only for a short time to limit the number of requests.
Ask Stanza, the AI assistant
When you use Ask Stanza, the question you type and the earlier messages of the same conversation go from our server to Google’s Gemini service, which writes the answer. We keep the questions and answers on our server, without your IP address, to keep the assistant accurate. Your IP address is used only for a short time to limit the number of requests. Please do not type personal details into the assistant. The conversation stays in your browser tab until you close it.
The answers are written by AI and can be wrong. They are not an offer: prices and binding details come only in a written quote.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to answer, quote and carry out the work you ask for, or as long as we are required to keep business records.
